POSKAD ANTI-ISA:SUARA RAKYAT SUARA KERAMAT-Malaysiakini.
DONT TRUST THE POLICE!!-Malaysiakini
"The video camera, which was seized from a Malaysiakini journalist at a candlelight vigil on Sunday, will not be returned to the online news website until the police have completed their investigations.According to the investigation officer at the Petaling Jaya police station, the investigations on the “illegal demonstration” was ongoing and the camera cannot be released."
Investigations? Why, for God sake, you have to take the whole load of that camera where you can just pick the card and investigate the content of it!
My experience as an ISA victim, the plaincloth police took the CPU of our computer the night they raided our haouse and later took my husband together with the CPU and other things.Three weeks later, as I was allowed to visit my husband at IPK Jalan Hang Tuah, I got back my CPU.My son was very happy to get it back but unfortunately it was damaged and I have to buy another new CPU to replace it.
So, can we imagine, waht would happen to that camera?
"This was despite that the police were told that they need not keep the camera as the tape should be sufficient enough for their investigation. However, the police said they have to take a “look inside the camera”.
If we say ,they are stupid police, surely they will be very angry at us.Why do they have to "look inside the camera" when they can just take out the tape or the memory card and investigate it.
These people knows nothing except to ruin other people's things to satisfy their boss, the upper level of police.
By taking away the camera is clear enough the bad intentions of these policemen....So , dont trust and dont ever be fooled by them.
HOME MINISTER IS TOO MUCH!!!-Malaysiakini.
"I was asked to negotiate with the police, I want to help those who were beaten , but as I walked nearer to group of police, I got arrested..." YB Ronnie Liu told me, at a meeting between Gerakan Mansuhkan ISA with the representatives of Pakatans leaders.
YB Ronnie was one of the Assemblyman who were arrested in the BERSIH and Vigil gathering last Sunday.
"Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar has been urged to apologise for the manner in which the police handled a candlelight vigil in Petaling Jaya on Sunday night."
Yess!!!Definitely.Syed Hamid Albar must take the responsiblities over the unusual manner of the police to the participants of the ISA Vigil and BERSIH, because the police is under Hamids ministry.
"In a press statement, the organiser of the vigil Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih) also called on Selangor police chief Khalid Abu Bakar to "take responsibility for his part in this fiasco to resign.""We are deeply appalled by the unusual manner in which the police dispersed citizens in a peaceful gathering"The police should learn their lesson, so as to be more humane to others. We were taught to live in peace and harmony, but if the police cannot tolerate with people who hold candles in commemorate of the ISA detainees in Kem Kamunting, then the people should asked Home Minister teach them(the police) how to respect others. If the Home Minister failed to develope the behaviour of the police, then he should resign!

HAMID ALBAR USELESS???Malaysiakini
Syed Hamid: I knew nothing until this morning-Malaysiakini.
Lets look at these chronology of events
Sunday 9 Nov.
7.30pm: All roads to Amcorp Mall were closed by the police.
(Who ordered the police to do so? They did it at their own risk?)
9.20pm: No one at Padang Timur. We hurried to join the crowd at the lobby of the Mall.
FRU units lined up with their shield and batons 50 meteres from the Mall.
(Why were they at the Mall? To see the candles or to occupy their free time?)
10.30pm: The beatings and punchings to disperse crowds.
Lets look at the reports.
"Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar claimed he did not have knowledge of action taken last night by Selangor police to end a candlelight vigil, until this morning."
When BERSIH participants were punched and beaten by the police, he could sleep soundly without being disturbed until morning.
"Met by reporters in Parliament lobby today, the minister said he has “not received any reports” on the matter....."
Amazing!!!If it was realy true (he was innocent about the incident) it showed, the police were acting at their own freewill.Who gave the power for them to do so?If the reporters did not asked Home Minister about the incident, most probably Hamid Albar didnt know anything about the beating and punching by plaincloth policemen that worked under Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
"He expressed confidence that the police had acted in accordance with law, but refused to comment further when pressed."
Ahaaaa!!! This one confirmed. Someone with the highest post in Kementerian Dalam Negeri, had already given instructions to the police to act "according to the law" of the BN ruling leaders, by any means , to disperse any sort of gatherings by the rakyats.
Thats why he could sleep soundly because his "men" had accomplished the mission to disperse the crowd, and at the same time scared them to do the same thing again.
Is Hamid Albar still worth to us, the people??
VIGIL AT AMCORPMALL.-Malaysiakini
Hari ini, rasa kurang sihat sedikit. Kepala rasa sakit sangat seolah-olah seperti hendak pecah.
Saya dan Nashita dalam perjalanan mengekori peserta yang bergerak ke arah Dewan Civic, tetapi kemudiannya terserempak dengan Haris (The People's Parliament) dan berhenti sebentar untuk bergambar."Laila, I give you my assuarance that we would never let you be alone to face the hardship of ISA" lebih kurang macam itulah janji Haris ,di ulang beberapa kali.Pak Lah:Ex-Judges awarded RM millions, ISA detainees only want freedom...Malaysiakini
In 1988, when there was a judiciary crisis , I was too young and to naive to think or ask why Tun Salleh Abbas , was dismissed from his post as the Chief Judge of Malaysia. At that time, I also didnt know ,one day later, I would be marrying a man, whom going to be detained under ISA and I dont care so much about the existence of that draconian act.Later, after almost a year my husband was detained, I got all the answers. All these problems came from the same root or base. It was ex PM Mahathir who did all these to us,the people and all the systems later being carried out by Pak lah.
Anyway, looking at the latest development, Pak lah is going to resign in March next year. He promised to make a judicial reform though refused to repeal the ISA act. I have not much to say on that, but lets put things this way.
